Who We Are
989jl is more than just an online casino — we're a gaming community built by Filipinos, for Filipinos.
989jl was founded in 2020 with a simple yet powerful vision: to create an online gaming platform that truly understands and serves the Filipino player. We recognized that Filipino gamers deserved more than generic international casinos — they needed a platform that speaks their language, accepts their preferred payment methods like GCash and Maya, and operates within PAGCOR's regulatory framework to ensure safety and fairness.
What started as a small team of gaming enthusiasts in Manila has grown into one of the Philippines' most trusted online casino brands. Today, 989jl serves tens of thousands of active players from Luzon to Mindanao, offering everything from live dealer casino tables and JILI slot machines to comprehensive sports betting markets covering PBA, UFC, NBA, and even sabong.
Our platform is built on three core pillars: transparency, security, and entertainment. We believe that online gaming should be fun, fair, and accessible. That's why we've invested heavily in localized payment systems, 24/7 Filipino customer support, and a game library curated specifically for Philippine tastes and preferences.
Unlike many offshore operators who treat the Philippines as just another market, 989jl is deeply embedded in the local gaming community. Our team includes Filipino software developers, customer service representatives from Cebu and Davao, and gaming specialists who understand what Pinoy players want. We're not just operating in the Philippines — we're part of the Philippines.

Withdrawals hit your GCash in 5-10 minutes. We understand that convenience matters, especially when you want to cash out your winnings quickly.
Filipino Customer Support
Our entire support team is based in the Philippines — Manila, Cebu, and Davao. They speak English, Tagalog, and even Bisaya. They understand local banking systems, holidays, and gaming preferences. When you contact 989jl support, you're talking to someone who gets it, not a script-reading offshore agent.
Curated Game Selection
We don't just dump 5,000 random games on our platform. Every game in the 989jl library is hand-picked based on feedback from Filipino players. You'll find JILI exclusives popular in Manila, fishing games that Visayan players love, and sports markets covering everything from PBA to international UFC events.
